Orange and Spice Cocktail

Every craftsman's journey is as unique as their craft.

When I arrived on the alluring shores of this magnificent country as a young man, I was taken by the variety of heritages on display. Australia is a unique, enchanting place. Exploring the intriguing world of spirits, I witnessed the pride embedded in every drink, as people showcased their cultures through the spirit of friendship. But, like every other traveller in the sea of life who has gifted a piece of themselves to a cherished land, I longed for the taste of home.

The unique aromas of India, the land of spices, had long settled into my soul, while the friendships of my new home had found an eternal place in my heart. I knew then that, as a young infatuated lover, my mission was to introduce my home to my friends.

Yaara Distillery has been a genuine labour of love, in both senses. What I offer my friends is not merely a drink, but an authentic experience of home. And you can taste the spirit of friendship in every bottle because my mission is as sacred to me as my friends, my yaara.

Pour some spiced vodka over the mint, followed by enough fresh pomegranate juice to change the colour. Drizzle squeezed lemon across the rim and line with sugar. Add a wedge of lemon to the rim and serve for a seamless transition into the night.
